Historica Square is one of the newests project by uptown Saint John’s premier residential developer. This 17 unit building is being redone with a modern touch weaved between turn of the century, one of a kind craftsmanship. Built in 1879 after two thirds of the city of Saint John was destroyed by fire, it is located on Charlotte Street within the Trinity Royal Preservation Area.
Directly across from Queen Square, many units have a bird’s eye view of the picturesque park and of the Queen’s Square market every summer. Original hard wood floors have been refinished to look just as fabulous as the day they were laid, plus there are new kitchens, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher, washer and dryer in every unit. There’s a beautiful courtyard in behind the building that’s great for barbecuing. Historica Square is quickly becoming uptown living at its finest.
