Keith Brideau

President & CEO

Keith Brideau is not afraid to tackle big projects. He saw a niche in the Saint John market for the redevelopment of older buildings and, since establishing Historica with an investment partner in 2008, has renovated several major properties around Uptown Saint John into modern upscale suites surrounded by unique restaurants and shops, a combination that makes people want to live uptown again.

Keith grew up in the Old North End of Saint John, obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick, and a Diploma in Technology, Management & Entrepreneurship. Prior to finding his passion in real estate, he specialized in Enterprise Risk Management and obtained his Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Systems Security Professional designations.

He is an award winning entrepreneur & developer who has been incredibly instrumental in Uptown Saint John’s renaissance – having spent many years rebuilding some of Saint John’s greatest historical assets. He continues to attract numerous people and businesses to the city centre. He’s extremely focused and has a real passion for business. He’s an alumnist of New Brunswick’s 21 Leaders Program. He’s a graduate of the Wallace McCain Institute’s Entrepreneurial Leaders Program. He sits on the City of Saint John’s Planning Advisory Committee. He’s a Director of Uptown Saint John Inc, and he’s the Chair of Uptown Saint John’s Urban Design & Development Committee.

Margot Brideau

Payroll & Human Resources

Margot has been with Historica from day one, working alongside her husband Keith. She is responsible for doing the payroll & HR, and is a great asset to our team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse Brody.

Walter Brideau

Tools & Materials

Walter has been with Historica since day one, working alongside his son Keith. He is responsible for purchasing all of our tools and supplies. He can usually be found driving all over town. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Joy, and seeing his grandchildren.

Tiffany Mokhtari

Operations & Office Manager

Tiffany is our Operations & Office Manager here at Historica. She comes from a very diverse business background and had spent most of her years being self-employed before joining our team.In her free time, she likes to travel, and spend time with her family.

Jeff Furlong

Project Manager

Jeff Furlong is an integral part of our Historica team. He is a hands on leader and an excellent problem solver, which makes him very versatile. Jeff started out as our maintenance manager, and after a few years, grew into his current position of  Project manager. In his free time, he enjoys collecting bottles, and spending time with his family.
